No complaint, thanks very much for a very nice stay. The venue is NICELY PRESENTED and comfortable, its location is absolutely perfect, next to the town centre, harbour and ferry terminal, areas ie above doors, a centre light shade and cobwebs and restaurants. The staff are fairly friendly, managed the parking on site.

good off-road parking, conveniently located near shops, newly decorated common areas
Shower barely fits a person!!! Bathrooms could use substantial upgrades!!! Dated decor in rooms might turn some guests away!!! Cleanliness needs consistent attention to detail!!!
